When You've Locked Yourself Out

In case you lose your key, please do not try to remove the lock(s) using any lock removal tools as such tools are not permitted for the safety of all tenants' belongings and to avoid any damages to our doors and latches.

If there are damages to the latch and door, the cost to repair damages or replace parts will be added to your account, which is required to be paid within seven days.

Please reach out to facility management and obtain and sign a lock removal form. We will help arrange a staff member or a licensed and insured locksmith that is approved by us to assist you. Please note the lock removal fee applies.

When You Find Your Unit Is Overlocked with Blue Lock(s)

If you have a zero balance but your unit is still overlocked with blue lock(s), please email / text to management with your unit number and the last four numbers of the serial code of the lock and management will respond within 24 hours. Please reach out to us well in advance of when you need access to allow us adequate time to respond and get the unlock code to you. Please return the blue lock to our front office white mailbox for lock return.
